Kirby Lodholz focuses her practice primarily on employment and commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes appearances in state and federal courts, as well as practice in appellate and arbitration proceedings. Kirby has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and contractual matters, as well as a background in family law. Her prior experience makes her an excellent client counselor and problem solver, both of which are key in her current practice in employment law. Kirby currently manages litigation in counties across Texas and within the Fifth Circuit.
